1. Acceptance of Terms

To use the full features of the pancartoto platform, you are required to create an account with accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Creating duplicate accounts may result in suspension or closure of accounts without further notice.
You are fully responsible for the security of your password and all activity that occurs on your account. Never share your login information with anyone else. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately for further security action.
pancartoto is not responsible for losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account credentials confidential. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your account data, however the security of the device and network used remains the responsibility of the user.
Users must be at least 18 years of age or meet the legal age requirement applicable in their region of residence. pancartoto reserves the right to request identity verification at any time as part of compliance procedures.
3. User Obligations & Responsibilities
Users must use the pancartoto platform only for lawful purposes in accordance with applicable law. The platform may not be used for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activities. Violations of these terms may result in permanent account closure and reporting to the relevant authorities.
Users are prohibited from attempting to hack, modify, or disrupt the systems and technical infrastructure of pancartoto. The use of automated software, bots, or other unauthorized methods to access or manipulate the service is also strictly prohibited. pancartoto reserves the right to take legal action against any individual or entity that violates these terms.
Users are responsible for any content submitted through the platform, including comments or communications with other users. Content that is harassing, contains hate speech, or infringes the rights of third parties is not permitted and will be removed without notice.
4. Payments & Transactions (IDR)
All transactions on the pancartoto platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We support a variety of local payment methods including bank transfers, digital wallets, and other payment methods listed on the cashier page. Minimum and maximum amounts for each transaction may vary depending on the method selected.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment information entered is correct and valid. Successfully processed transactions are generally non-refundable, except in the case of a demonstrable technical error. For fund withdrawals, pancartoto reserves the right to perform additional identity verification before processing the request.
We strive to process deposits and withdrawals within a reasonable timeframe, however actual times may vary depending on the payment method and internal verification process. pancartoto is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment service providers.
All bonuses, promotions, or vouchers are subject to additional applicable terms and conditions. Bonus abuse or manipulation of the promotions system may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
5. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
pancartoto reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user who violates these terms and conditions without any obligation to refund remaining balances, except where required by law. The decision to suspend or close an account is final and may not be appealed unless there is strong evidence of an administrative error.
Users may also voluntarily close their account by contacting customer service. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, however any active balance must be withdrawn before the closure can be completed. Closed accounts cannot be reactivated.
Accounts that have been inactive for a specified period may be subject to a dormant account policy in accordance with our operational policies in effect at that time. Users will be notified via their registered email before this policy is applied.
6. Intellectual Property Rights & Limitation of Liability
All content available on the pancartoto platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, interface designs, and software, is the property of pancartoto or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use such content without written permission from pancartoto.
To the extent permitted by law, pancartoto is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use our service, including data loss, service disruption, or financial loss. This platform is provided "as is" without any specific warranty regarding the availability or accuracy of the service.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. pancartoto does not control the content of those sites and is not responsible for their privacy policies, security practices, or the information contained therein. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
7. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
pancartoto reserves the right to change, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time. Significant changes will be announced via a notice on the platform or by email to registered users at least seven calendar days before the changes take effect.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of pancartoto services will be resolved through the applicable dispute resolution mechanism, including mediation or the appropriate legal channels.
If any provision in this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision will be considered severable from the remaining provisions and will not affect the enforceability of the rest.
